Privacy on this demo site.

Requests sent here are not passed to Wintergreen Real Estate. To reach the office, call (434) 361-0500 (Daily, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm).

What the site collects

• When you send a request (a home valuation, a conversation about selling, a tour or a question about the resort membership offer): your name, the phone number and email address you give, and what the form asks for — a property address, property type and timeline, an area or listing link, preferred dates, and any message.
• When you sign up for the monthly market update: your email address.
• Where you asked from: the page you were on, the site that sent you here and any campaign tags in the link. This never includes your contact details.

Cookies

Two cookies, both needed for the site to work: a session cookie that remembers the page you arrived on (signed, with no contact details in it), and the security cookie that forms need. There are no analytics or advertising cookies and no third-party scripts.

How it is used and where it is kept

Request details are stored with the request in this site's own database. Notices about a new request carry its type and a link for the office, never your contact details. Nothing is sold or shared.

This demo's database is temporary: it is cleared whenever the demo restarts.
